By October 2000 , the companies have been certified and achieved the certificate of ISO 14001 from SGS Yarsley International Certification Services Ltd.

ISO 9001 (International Organization for Standardization) ISO 9001 is an International standard for quality control which specifies a controlling of raw material, High quality equipment, high standard machines and standard quality of product.

ISO 14001 is an environmental policy that creates according to the scope of the environmental management system. ISO 14001 specifies the requirements for environmental management systems which help the organization protect environment and improve their performance.

GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) is a quality system which concerning the quality control and food manufacturer. The hazards that affect food safety are divided into 3 categories:

  • Biological – bacteria, fungi and viruses.
  • Chemical – pesticide or cleaning agents.
  • Physical – broken glass, packaging waste or plaster.

HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) is a program that develops to assure food safety and control a possibility of allergen contamination. The critical control points are divided into 3 parts:

  • Biological – bacteria, microorganism and viruses.
  • Chemical – toxic mushroom, antibiotics or preservatives.
  • Physical – broken glass, packaging waste or plaster.
